 I am a ER and trauma nurse in San Diego. In Janurary 2008 I became a flight nurse. I escort patients in commercial flights and transport more critical patients in a private jet. I created this website to display all the places I have traveled while transporting patients.

My first trip as a flight nurse was great. It was so exciting. Plans are always changing and you never know where you are going to end up. I forgot my camera so I had to take pictures with my phone but I still took some awesome pictures. We left SD on Thursday and flew to to Tuscon to pick up the patient. We then flew him home to Charlotte, NC stopping at Texarkana for a fuel stop. It was nice to spend time to actually get to know the patient. He was forever greatful for us taking him home. His accident was in November of 2007 and he hadn't been home in two months. I enjoyed the change of pace compaired to hospital nursing. I look forward to the trips ahead.
